Arab Travel Market is catalyst to the launch of Tamani Catering!

Dubai, May 2009: Tamani Catering is the event management and outside catering arm of Tamani Hotels and Resorts and is designed to extend the wide variety of flavors of traditional Arabic hospitality to events, social engagements, outside catering events and private dining.
We are not looking to be generalists we are look to provide exceptional wholesome authentic Arabic experiences that reflects our commitment to the region. The Tamani brand can travel through the medium of our Tamani Catering sub brand, we aim to provide a seamless customer service and anticipate that most of our referrals will come through word of mouth,” said Roddy Gordon Vice President of Tamani Hotels and Resorts.
“At this year’s Arab Travel Market we have the privilege of providing catering services for three different clients. We are very honored to provide Catering and Service to the DTCM Dubai exhibition stand and we are also proud to provides services to the Oman stand,” and to our own corporate exhibition stand. All three clients have broadly similar requirements but differences in style and execution.
Beyond providing celebrated cuisine, we are passionate about providing warm and engaging Service that is friendly but not intrusive. It is important that we are efficient in a quiet and courteous manner and we will be engaging in training specifically to ensure our team have the operational and humanistic tools to do the job.
Tamani Catering will be based from it’s Nar Hail Restaurant headquarters at Tamani Hotel Marina.

Guests can flavour the delights of traditional Arabic hospitality at this relaxing Café/Restaurant. The setting is truly informal, with a heavy design landscape with heavy emphasis on regional art.
