TAMANI Hotels and Resorts announces the management of
$2.1 US Billion assets portfolio
More projects to be announced at Arabian Travel Market Exhibition 2008Dubai, 05 May 2008: TAMANI Hotels and Resorts, the hospitality arm of KM Holding, announced during the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) the management of $ 2.1 Billion US Dollar assets portfolio. Most of the portfolio is owned by KM Properties and various private investors.
The management of the development of this portfolio was lead by KM Properties, one of the leading property developers in Dubai. These strategic assets include Islamic hotels, offices, residential and retail areas.
TAMANI recognised by Dubai Tourism Commerce and Marketing (DTCM) Director General H.E. Khalid bin Sulayem as the first UAE branded Islamic hotel operator, represents a new generation of hotel operators specialised in offering Arabic hospitality and Islamic values.
TAMANI launched its brand at 2007 ATM where it announced the first quarter of 2008 will witness the opening of its very first hotel TAMANI Hotel Marina—the tallest upscale all suites five star hotel, which is now open.
TAMANI Hotels and Resorts, received warm response from its guests and hotel industry last February when it opened its, TAMANI Hotel Marina. The 55 storeys tower offers its guests spacious luxury suites with breathtaking views of the sea, Palm Jumeirah and Dubai skylines.
